Compliance management platform
Integrin runs customs declarations, CBAM, ISO management systems and product compliance on one platform. Each regulation is a product on the same core, so adding the next one doesn't mean adding another system.
Buy the area you need now. The others use the same records, parties and documents, so they're ready when you are.
Build, validate and lodge customs declarations directly with the authority.
Embedded emissions, certificate liability and reporting, from your import declarations.
One integrated management system for the ISO standards you're certified to.
Conformity checks and supplier declarations before goods go on the market.
Every regulation needs the same things underneath: records you can trust, documents read in for you, rules that check the work, and dates that don't get missed. Integrin builds those once. A new regulation is new content on that core, not a new system to learn.
A certificate, procedure or supplier declaration is stored once and linked to every requirement it meets, across every standard.
Upload declarations, invoices and certificates. Integrin reads the data in, and you check it.
Every record is validated against the regulation's own rules before it's submitted or signed off.
Reporting deadlines, certificate expiry and review dates become tasks for the person who has to act.
Every change is recorded with who made it and when. Auditors and authorities see exactly what happened.
Brokers and consultants work across all their client companies without switching accounts.
Keep customs, CBAM, ISO and product obligations in one place, with one set of suppliers, products and documents behind them.
For businesses →Lodge declarations for your clients and offer CBAM reporting on the same data you already hold.
For brokers →Run your clients' management systems and audit programmes from one login, as a service you sell.
For consultants →We only list what's built. Early access means working with us on your own data before general release.

Integrin CBAM · EU and UK available
Upload your declarations and supplier invoices. Integrin reads them in, calculates the embedded emissions and the certificates you need, and shows what they will cost before you have to buy them.
Goods imported into both markets are recorded once. Each regime's rules, prices and currency are applied separately.
Liability per declaration, certificates bought against it, and the shortfall still to cover, in euro.
The GB liability calculated alongside the EU one, in sterling, ahead of the first UK returns.
Customs declarations and commercial invoices are read in, and every value can be traced back to its page.
Embedded emissions per line, using supplier data where you have it and default values where you don't.
Certificates required, bought and outstanding, with the cost of the shortfall at current prices.
See the CBAM cost as a share of goods value by category, before you commit to a supplier.
Supplier emissions data is held with its version and retention period, ready for verification.
Service providers run CBAM for many importers, each in its own workspace, from one login.

Build an import declaration, validate it against the authority's own rules, and lodge it on your own certificate. The authority's replies move it through acceptance, amendment and release, so its status comes from Revenue, not from someone remembering to update it.
Every declaration is set up for two countries from day one. If a second country needed new code, we would fix the model first.
H1 import declarations built, validated and lodged direct to Revenue, with its replies driving the status.
Configured on the same model from the start. Each country is set up as rules and mappings, not new code.
Required and conditional fields come from the authority's own specification, so an incomplete declaration can't pass.
The submission to the authority, a pack for your broker's system, and our standard output, all from one record.
Certificates are held per customer, per procedure and per country, not one shared platform certificate.
Acceptance, rejection, amendment, invalidation and release come back from the authority and update the declaration.
Commercial invoices and packing lists are read in, and every value can be traced to its page.
Lodge for many clients, each in its own workspace, from one login.
Temporary storage, warehousing and inward processing will run on one stock account, each set up as the procedure's own rules.
Integrin ISO · Early access
ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 share the same clause structure, and certification bodies audit them as one system. Integrin keeps them as one: an audit, a review or a corrective action counts towards every standard it meets, and each piece of evidence is filed once.
Most certified companies hold 9001 and one or both of the others. One integrated system means one audit programme, not three.
Controlled documents, audits, CAPA, competence, supplier evaluation and management review.
Aspects and impacts register, compliance obligations and their evaluation, objectives and monitoring.
Hazard identification and risk assessment, incidents and near misses, worker consultation, contractor control.
Each revision is its own record. The approved file is frozen, and a new revision supersedes the old.
Plan the programme, record findings against clauses, and raise corrective actions from them.
Record what went wrong, the root cause and the action, and check it worked.
Training and qualifications per person, with expiry dates that raise tasks before they lapse.
Supplier evaluation and equipment calibration, each with review dates.
Inputs from audits, CAPA and objectives in one place, with the decisions recorded.
Each client company has its own workspace. You move between them without switching accounts.
Surveillance dates and internal audits for every client, in one view.
Set up each client from your own procedures, and keep their records where their auditor can see them.
These are ISO 9001 plus sector requirements, or share its structure. Talk to us if you need one.

The Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation has applied since 12 August 2026. Integrin records each packaging type, holds your suppliers' declarations of conformity with their versions, and checks each product against the rules for your role before it's cleared for market.
The same business can be the importer for one product and the manufacturer for another. Integrin sets the role on each product, with your usual role as the default.
You bring packaged goods into the EU. Check the manufacturer met its obligations before you place them on the market.
Your own-brand products. Draw up the technical documentation and the declaration of conformity.
You make goods available after someone else placed them. Check the required documents are there.
Each type is recorded once, with its materials, weights and category. It's the unit the regulation works in.
Which packaging each product uses, at which level and how many, kept apart from the bill of materials.
Declarations of conformity held with every version, and kept for 5 or 10 years as the rules require.
Each declaration comes up for review every 12 months by default, as a task for the person responsible.
A check against the rules for your role, before the product goes on the market.
The data for producer responsibility reporting is captured now, so reporting is a later step, not a rework.

From 30 December 2026, products made from cattle, cocoa, coffee, oil palm, rubber, soya or wood need a due diligence statement before they are placed on the EU market or exported. Integrin will collect the supplier and plot data, record the risk assessment, and submit the statement to the EU Information System.
An importer releasing goods for free circulation is the operator. A customs representative is never the operator.
You place the product on the EU market first, or export it. Carry out due diligence and submit a statement.
The products are already covered by a statement. Keep your suppliers', customers' and the upstream references.
You submit statements for an operator under a written mandate. The operator stays responsible.
Checks each product code against the regulation's list, including the conditions some codes carry.
Collect supplier details and plot geolocation, as points or polygons, in the format the Information System accepts.
Record the assessment and any mitigation for each statement, with the evidence behind it.
Send the due diligence statement to the EU Information System and keep the reference it returns.
Keep the reference numbers from your suppliers' statements, ready to pass on.
The statement's reference goes on the import declaration, from the same record.
